A Solo Painting Exhibition By Pooneh Sahafi

This collection is a visual narration of my perceptions and inspirations while wandering through the garden alleys in Semnan. Through my interactions with trees and nature, I have attempted to represent with drawing what I received.
To me, drawing is an instant conversation that happens in the present moment and is real, and nature is the ultimate teacher of this art.
These dead or dying mulberry trees resemble enormous, mythical bones that exist in stillness and yet live and grow. These bones of nature are a symphony in themselves, besides the sweet melodies of birdsong.
استخوان های سمنان
این مجموعه روایتی شهودی است از آنچه که در قدم زدن در کوچه باغها دریافت کردم. طراحی، گفتگویی سریع، در لحظه و اما حقیقی است و این را طبیعت به تو می آموزد. سعی کردم آنچه که در این گفتگوها با درختان و طبیعت دریافت کردم را با طراحی نشان دهم. همچون درختان توت خشک و نیمه‌خشکی که مانند استخوان‌هایی غول‌پیکر و اسطوره‌ای یادآور زیستن، در سکون، حرکت کردن و رشد کردن هستند! استخوان‌هایی که خود موسیقی‌ای در کنار آواز پرندگان هستند. اسامی که برخی از این این تابلو ها دارند، می‌تواند کمک بیشتری به دریافت حس آن لحظه در تابلو کند .
